The enquiry form

The general enquiry form on our Contact page is currently a local demonstration: submitting it does not send an email or store your information anywhere, because a live email service has not yet been connected. Once that connection is in place, information you submit (such as your name, contact details, location and message) will be used only to respond to your enquiry.

We ask visitors not to submit medical information, diagnoses, safeguarding disclosures or confidential case/referral details through the general enquiry form.
